At Isinwheel Sports, we stand behind every ride we build. Our warranty is designed to give you confidence and peace of mind, whether you're exploring trails, cruising your neighborhood, or commuting every day.
1. Warranty Coverage
All Isinwheel Sports electric bikes, electric dirt bikes purchased directly from the official Isinwheel Sports website are covered by a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty coverage begins on the date your product is delivered.

2. Warranty Period
All Isinwheel Sports electric dirt bikes and electric bikes come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
For select promotional models, we may offer a limited-time 2-Year Extended Warranty. When applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery.

3. Shipping Damage Claims
If your product arrives damaged during shipping:

We will arrange replacement parts or an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for shipping damage coverage.

Improper Use

Unauthorized Modifications

6. Warranty Transfer
The warranty may be transferred to a second owner provided:
