This whole came ready to build and on time. The riding wonderful. I was thinking I would regret it but it ended up being the best decision of my life.

The bike is exactly as described and works well. My son and I were able to assemble it in about 30 minutes and once the battery charged fully, he was off enjoying it. Customer service was great!

I really wanted to like the ISINWHEEL MP10 Pro, but my experience has been unbelievably frustrating.

The bike arrived with a bent front brake rotor, which meant it wasn't properly ready to ride out of the box. The rear brake was also squeaking loudly, adding to the impression that quality control was either nonexistent or severely lacking.

I contacted ISINWHEEL expecting a straightforward resolution. They sent me a replacement front rotor—except they sent the wrong size. So instead of fixing the problem, I'm now stuck dealing with yet another issue that shouldn't have happened in the first place.

A brand-new bike should not arrive with a bent rotor and brake problems. And when replacement parts are needed, the absolute minimum expectation is that the company sends the correct replacement part.

The MP10 Pro might look appealing on paper, but none of that matters if the bike arrives with basic safety components damaged and the company's attempt to fix it only creates another problem.

Terrible quality control. Terrible replacement-part experience. Extremely frustrating customer service process. If you're considering buying this bike, I'd think very carefully about whether you're willing to spend your time fixing problems that should have been caught before the bike ever left the warehouse.

For me, the ISINWHEEL MP10 Pro has been a major disappointment.

I bought it to make uber eats at night here near where I live.
It's very fast, it has a lot of power. My height is almost 6 feet and my weight is 200 lbs. very good, use protective equipment when using it.

I bought this bike for my husband for his 40th birthday. Absolutely love this bike. It’s big and I will be buying another. It’s fun to ride and charges great and last 6 hours in the park on the trails. It’s quick and the fat tires make it easy to go over rocks and hills. It took my husband less than an hour to assemble it.

Good quality bike, good pick up on speed and carries same speed up hills

I've have this bike for a few weeks now and I can honestly say it's one of the best bikes I've ever ridden. The headlight on it is really bright. The wide tires really grip the road. All around good solid bike.

My first electric bike and I've never been more happy.nit came like 4 days early it was easy to assemble and I love everything about it. Best purchase in a long time.

This is the best bike I have ever had it was shockingly very nice and fast on dirt grass and concrete I am buying more accessories for it wish they offered extra batteries for when I want to take a long ride
